The original concept for this studio began in the summer of 2022, when the Holy Spirit gave Paul and Jamila Davis a deep desire to teach the next generation to worship God through the fine arts. We wanted to provide a space where creatives could sharpen their skills, glorify God with their talents, grow spiritually, and thrive in a Christ-centered environment. You see, Adoleo is more than just a music studio. We are a faith-driven community committed to fostering artistic excellence, personal expression, and eternal impact. Whether you’re a homeschooling family seeking quality instruction for your children, a budding artist discovering your voice, or a seasoned creative seeking fresh inspiration, Adoleo exists to equip and encourage you. Here, every lesson, rehearsal, and performance is a fresh opportunity to reflect the beauty of the Creator and build a legacy of worship.
About Adoleo
Adoleo is fully convinced that mastering the fine arts in a nurturing environment creates countless opportunities for students to grow in character, discipline, and purpose. With this in mind, our overarching philosophy is built on the following tenets:
1. Kingdom Creativity
Every artistic brushstroke, melody, lyric, movement, utterance, and design presents an opportunity for us to reflect God’s beauty and truth. Creativity is such a special gift from God, and should be used to glorify Him.
2. Artistic Excellence
We believe that true excellence is best cultivated by mentorship, practice, and dedication to one’s craft. We are committed to providing high-quality instruction that equips students with the tools they need to flourish and succeed. All of our students receive personalized guidance that honors their pace, cultivates their potential, and challenges growth.
3. Personal Expression
Art is a powerful vehicle for expression, and finding your unique voice as an artist is very important. We nurture artistic expression that speaks truth, evokes empathy, brings healing, and ultimately points people to the Creator. Artistic freedom is celebrated, but always anchored in the Word of God.
4. Spiritual Legacy
Because the Lord has called us to steward our lessons and classes with wisdom, we teach with the future in mind. Our goal is to raise up artists who are not only skilled in their craft, but are also ready to carry the light of Christ into the world. Integrity matters! Through character-building principles, faith-based learning, and an intentional focus on biblical discipleship, we help prepare students to glorify God with their talents and truly bless others
Our Philosophy
Stephanie
“I came to Jamila and Paul during a season when my spiritual voice had grown quiet. Worshipping with them and receiving vocal coaching from Jamila truly restored my joy. Her skillful instruction made vocal technique clear and approachable, even for someone who never saw themselves as a singer. The blend of excellence, encouragement, and sincere love for God created a space where both skill and spirit was developed. I am truly grateful for how their ministry and coaching helped me discover a voice I never knew I had, while also deepening my relationship with the Lord through music.”

“Paul and Jamila Davis served at our church for four years, bringing their God given talents, and inspiring spirit of worship to our praise team. Through their guidance, we led our congregation in beautiful worship and encouraged the Body of Believers to offer up sincere sacrifices of praise each week. The Davises brought practical musical instruction to our team and were eager to incorporate ideas and feedback from those within our group. Their dedication to the Lord and to the ministry of worship is a gift within the Kingdom of God.”

“I have known Paul and Jamila since our college days in the early 90s. What immediately struck me about them was their immense musical skill and technical abilities while maintaining a posture of humility. Paul is a phenom on the keyboard, playing the most intricate and unique chords. Jamila’s voice is angelic and powerful, and will stop you in your tracks. We lost touch in the years since college, but God providentially led us to reconnect when they joined our praise team and eventually became our worship leaders in 2022. I worked with them as part of the worship leading team. As worship leaders, they are fantastic to work with; gracious, genuine, encouraging, incredibly skilled, and yet so humble, and most importantly, they are grounded in the Word and have a real heart for God and for leading His people in worship.”
